There are many thinks a Hot Mamma can do to stay in shape without over doing it. Remember to always maintain your own comfort level, and work out as often as possible to get the most from your efforts. Always coordinate what you are doing with your doctor to make sure all the moves you are making are safe and healthy for you and your baby.

Did you exercise regularly before you became pregnant? If not, build up slowly at first. Do not push yourself to do too much too soon. The Department of Health and Human Services of the United States Government advises women who were not overly active before they became pregnant to spend about 150 hours each week engaged in moderately aerobic exercises, as long as you are healthy.

So what kinds of exercises are good to do when you are pregnant? Swimming is popular since the feeling of heaviness caused by the growing baby and uterus is somewhat relieved by the buoyancy experience in the water. Some women like biking, dancing, yoga, water aerobics or just plain walking.  These are all excellent choices and all will go a long way to keeping you in shape and making the big day and beyond the best they can be.
